Megan (Potocnik) is a native of Chanute. She moved away for several years to attend college and to gain accounting and professional experience. During her years away from Chanute, she also traveled to several countries around the world and spent two years living in the Republic of Georgia, formerly part of the USSR. After marriage, Wade and Megan spent two more years as missionaries in Georgia. While living there, they were active in numerous roles including (but not limited to) bookkeeping, leading Bible studies, teaching English, volunteering at a street children’s center, and assisting with a Bible translation project. The years spent in Georgia were some of the most memorable for both Wade and Megan.

Wade’s interests outside of bean counting are woodworking, biking, and playing games with family. His favorite quote is “I do” by Megan Housh on June 21, 2008. When not working, Megan enjoys biking, traveling, and playing games with friends and family. Wade and Megan have two boys and two girls. The boys love to test out the office supplies and each has his own Master Tax Guide. The girls love to visit the office. Their family continues to change and grow as they have welcomed several foster kids into their home as well.
